Dear fellow passionate business owner

Because even with more than 20 years of marketing experience under my belt I goofed. I bolted out of the corporate arena and launched into the market place to create the business of my dreams. Only to find that the old model of charging by the hour didn't work well for me. And it wasn't working for most of my clients and colleagues either.
In reality I quickly became disillusioned when instead of a dream my business and life was turning into a nightmare. I was working harder than ever for a lot less than I earned in my J.O.B. and having a lot less fun than I envisaged. Not to mention a lot less time for anything else! Less and less was not what I had in mind - I wanted more and more - of everything!
Next I started chasing one guru after another trying to discover what I was doing wrong. While I learned a lot it just further drained my bank account as well as my dwindling energy and enthusiasm for my business. Plus I still had the problem - I did not have a business or marketing model that could deliver the time and money freedom that I wanted.
Sounding familiar? Well you are not alone. And it's not your fault either. You just haven't been shown a better way, yet...

With increasing frustration I was feeling 'fed up and worn out' and that's when I decided to 'Get Off the Guru Merry-Go-Round' and find myself one mentor who I wanted to model.
